Part A coinsurance and hospital costs up to an additional 365 days after Medicare benefits are used up:

  • 100% – Plans A, B, C, D, F, G, K, L, M, N

Part B coinsurance or copayment:

  • 100% – Plans A, B, C, D, F, G, M, N
  • 75% – Plan L
  • 50% – Plan K

Blood (first 3 pints):

  • 100% – Plans A, B, C, D, F, G, M, N
  • 75% – Plan L
  • 50% – Plan K

Part A hospice care coinsurance or copayment:

  • 100% – Plans A, B, C, D, F, G, M, N
  • 75% – Plan L
  • 50% – Plan K

Skilled Nursing Facility care coinsurance:

  • 100% – Plans C, D, F, G, M, N
  • 75% – Plan L
  • 50% – Plan K

Part A deductible:

  • 100% – Plans B, C, D, F, G, N
  • 75% – Plan L
  • 50% – Plans K and M

Part B deductible:

  • 100% – Plans C and F

Part B excess charges:

  • 100% – Plans F and G

Foreign travel exchange (up to plan limits):

  • 80% – Plans C, D, F, G, M, N
